Outbound Specialist (Uzbek language)

We're looking for an Outbound Specialist fluent in Russian and Uzbek to win back inactive customers through phone calls, work with large volumes of data to personalize offers, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Experience in sales or customer support is a plus but not required
• Fluent Russian and Uzbek, with command of formal and informal communication styles
• Readiness to handle a workload of 7.5 hours of productive time, 5 days a week
• Ability to work under pressure
• Active engagement in your work
• Confident PC user: Windows, MS Office, Google Docs, understanding of how internet connections work
• Your own equipment (PC/laptop running Windows 10/11; stable internet connection: ping no higher than 100 ms, jitter no higher than 30 ms, speed of at least 20 Mbps; headset with microphone; webcam)
• Problem-solving mindset and customer focus
• Experience and skills in resolving difficult situations
• Ability to effectively identify, analyze and resolve customer issues, showing genuine commitment to achieving a positive outcome
• Strong analytical skills for processing and interpreting large volumes of data
• Experience identifying key trends and behavior patterns, segmenting the customer base and personalizing offers to retain customers
