Recruitment and Employment Law Compliance
In connection with our recruitment activities in the European Union, including in Poland, Portugal, and Cyprus, we process candidate personal data in compliance with GDPR as well as the relevant provisions of local labour law.
Poland (Labour Code, Art. 22¹) – We may request only the data that the employer is legally entitled to process for recruitment purposes (e.g., name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, employment history). If you provide additional information, it will be processed on the basis of your consent. If we wish to retain your CV beyond the current recruitment process (talent pool), we will request your explicit consent.
Portugal (Labour Code) – Candidate data is collected only to assess suitability for the role and to comply with applicable employment obligations. We do not collect data on sensitive categories (e.g., political opinions, union membership, health data) unless strictly required by law. Retention of unsuccessful applications will not exceed the legally permitted period unless you consent to longer storage for future opportunities.
